Research summary

I am studying the history of the Edo period, and my research is about the preservation of ancient documents.
The main theme is research about the relationship between historical disasters and human life, based on deciphering ancient documents or old maps, and I am also involved in the preservation of historical text hidden in underlayers of paint on old Japanese furniture.
