World Tsunami Museum Conference 2022

4th World Tsunami Museum Conference 2022
“Roles of Youth and Tsunami Museums for Resilience of Societies”

Tsunami museums and other disaster related museums have been established around the world, reserving images of tsunami and disaster damage and records of measures taken. It is important to pass on these records in tsunami and disaster related museums to the next generation, to share these experiences and lessons learned, and to prepare against future tsunamis and other types of natural hazards.
The 4th World Tsunami Museum Conference (WTMC4) will be held in a hybrid modality with the focus on “Roles of Youth and Tsunami Museums for resilience of societies”.
