Research Subject(s)
I have engaged in social scientific research involving empirical analysis of people's evacuation decision-making during rainfall and typhoon hazards, as well as impact evaluation of a measure aimed at enhancing disaster risk reduction literacy. My recent research interest also focuses on communication science for disaster risk reduction (Bosai communication), exploring and developing methodologies to promote behavioral change in disaster preparedness through diverse communication channels.
