I am expert on tsunami modeling for warning, mitigation planning and education/awareness and was a member of study group of the reconstruction design council in response to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake at cabinet office, and the committee for technical investigation on Countermeasures for Earthquakes and Tsunamis of the Central Disaster Management Council.
