My team develops medical information systems and IT tools that are required in each phase of disasters. 

Backup/recovery of medical information and data utilization
We are involved in a project to back up medical information using SS-MIX. Also, we are working to provide practical suggestions for medical staff regarding appropriate ways of accumulating medical information and utilizing it effectively.

Improvement of electronic medical record (EMR) system
In cooperation with healthcare IT vendors, we are working to improve EMR system to make it more user-friendly in a time of disaster.
