概要

 

この度のインドネシア、タイ、マレーシア、スリランカをはじめとする東南アジア各国の豪雨・洪水・地滑り等により亡くなられた方々に謹んでお悔み申し上げますとともに、被災された皆さまに心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
東北大学災害科学国際研究所は、東日本大震災の教訓等をもとに、科学研究と防災実践を推進しながら、皆さまがよりよい復興に向かわれることを支援して参ります。
皆さまが一日も早く日常生活を取り戻せるようお祈り申し上げます。

We would like to express our deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the heavy rain, flooding, landslides, and other disasters in Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka, and offer our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the disaster.
The International Research Institute of Disaster Science at Tohoku University will continue to support everyone as they work towards a better recovery, promoting scientific research and disaster risk reduction practices based on the lessons learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake.
We do hope that everyone will be able to return to their daily lives as soon as possible.
